The 3 Reaches of Ministry

What makes a church effective in doing real work of Christ?  Why does it seem that some churches have "it" and some do not?

For starters, if a congregation is really doing ministry well, the whole church is active...because ministry is a verb...it is doing.

Ministry thrives with the execution of three important elements:  Up-reach, In-reach, and Out-reach.  These elements are crucial to all areas of ministry in the church.  It is essential that intentional planning focus on all three elements for each and every event or service.

In entries to follow, we will explore these three elements in detail.
